The Mercury Marine National Walleye Tournament, held June 9th and 10th at Walleye Weekend will be a live release Walleye tournament. The Merc National will be a team event. Tony Esposito will be the Master of Ceremonies. The Lighthouse Anglers and the Winnebago Land Musky Club will process and release the fish at the weigh-in each afternoon. Scientists with the WI-DNR are also on-site to assist in the release analysis. The catch will be transported back to the lake.
All contestants must register in person at the Lakeside Park Tournament Headquarters between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 8th. The mandatory rules meeting will take place at 5:30 p.m. at the weigh-in stage on Friday, June 8th. Festival volunteers monitor traffic flow, launching and placement of boats.
The prizes are 100 percent payback with 1st prize being $13,000.00 paying down to 75th place.

Winners in the per team competition are determined by total weight for six fish caught per day, per team for two days. Fish are weighed on a digital scale and weights are given to the nearest hundredth of a pound. The most weight will determine winners.
