    The Yell and Tell Program is new to Walleye Weekend this year. This program was founded by Jean Davidson, granddaughter of the originator of the Harley-Davidson Motor Company who lost her grandson to a preventative drowning, to teach young children what to do in dangerous situations—see it, feel it, yell and tell.
